Once your order is placed on carenatura.asia. It will be reviewed in 48 hours during business hours. Orders will be dispatched within 7 working days upon us receiving your order.
Orders are processed and shipped on business days only (Monday through Friday, excluding Holidays). Orders placed on Holidays or Weekend Days will be processed the following business day.
Our delivery service is from 10am – 6pm, Monday to Friday except public holidays.
We reserve the right to correct any errors or inaccuracies on the Website, to change or update information or to cancel orders if any such information is inaccurate.
If we cancel any orders after your credit card has been charged, we will issue a credit to your account in the amount charged. Carenatura reserves the right to cancel any orders that are not in line with our Terms and Conditions.

HK$80 delivery fee will be charged for order below HK$500

- Standard Delivery Service is available within Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, New Territories, Outlying Islands). This service is NOT available in specified areas, including but not limited to: Big Wave Bay, Lo Wu, Tai O Island, Siu Ho Wan and Po Toi Islands;
- P.O Box is not accepted as shipping address;
- An order can be delivered to one address only. If customer requires sending orders to multiple addresses, customer needs to place a separate order for each address;
- Orders are processed and shipped on business days (Monday to Friday except public holidays). For order placed on public holidays or weekend days it will be processed the following business day;
- In response to COVID-19, the order will require extra processing time.
